David Linse

David Linse studied political science and European administrative management. His area of expertise is the impact of the European integration process on cities and municipalities. After many years working as the head of the European office of the Baden-Württemberg communities in Brussels his career took him to Mannheim, where he initially took over as head of the European office, later of the newly formed Department of International Affairs, Integration and Protocol. In this capacity, he is also co-chairperson of the working group for immigration from south-east Europe.
